Spanish subs in YouTube

Hi.
I'm new in this forum, I'm a AVGN fan (actually James and Mike....and Bootsy... and Kyle... and friends fan) and my native language is not english, so, sorry if i have errors in this post.
I would like to know why some videos in YouTube have Spanish subs like the first videos, Castlevania 2 and Dr Jekyll and mr Hyde, but others like Rogger Rabbit doesn't.
The .srt files are in spanish are in the sticky topic.
