What languages will be subbed?

Maybe this has been said on the AVGN news but i have not been there for a while reading. Of course he can't choose them all so has some of them already been decided and who will sub it?

Why can't he choose them all?

The only problem which probably appears is that you need enough translators to translate everything in every possible (or desired) language.
But as far as I know, there is no limit to the number of subtitles in YouTube.

So, good question:

Well i thought it was working in a whole different way but it seems like anyone can sub and do what ever the hell they want. In that case every language can be made.

Every lang that gets every epi subbed will be included. I can't see why not.
