I can speak and write fluent Japanese, and I would love to help get behind to help. However, just to confirm, is it okay if I send an SRT file that contains Japanese?

Every AVGN episode has already been subtitled in Japanese.

It would be nice to have all the subtitles together on Youtube, but I wonder what the amount of interest would be compared to Niconico. (Also, repeating a lot of work).
